I’m Noah Bernard, and thanks for stopping by my page.
Little about me– I’m a Registered Nurse, NASM Certified Personal Trainer, and Nutrition Coach. After suffering a devastating brain injury in May of 2019, I decided to leave nursing in the ICU and explore new ways to make an impact in people’s lives.
As a nurse, my passion is and always will be helping others. Outside of Nursing, fitness has played a major role throughout my life
I combined my passion and knowledge and created Body by Bernard.
